Eunice Dollar, a Social Scientist by profession. I am the founder of Smart Ladies Youth Initiative CBO both in Kisumu and Migori Counties. My is dream of a society where girls and young women are empowered to take control of their health. That sports would one day be a professional earning for more women athlete.

I am an FKF&KNVB football Instructor Currently Darajani Gogo Fc Coach and also a Technical Director of Football at Smart Ladies Youth Initiative and a Board Member. I am a specialized coach in girls football and I offer wealth of experience in nurturing football talent at Smart Ladies FC. I strive to mentor more female coaches into coaching football and see them achieve greater heights .

A visionary leader in the field of Education and a Deputy Head of Institution, psychologist,mentor and a researcher on matters related to child rights and Sports. She has certification as a Beacon teacher and a TOT for the teachers of learners with disability.She lectured at Thika School of Medicine Kisumu Campus for five years. She excels at leading the organization to great heights through her exemplary leadership skills.

I am a certified pediatrician by profession. I advocate more on child care and development through hand made toys, and balls. I conduct health education on teenage pregnancy and life skills for girl towards reductions of new HIV infections. I excel at the age transition point from childhood, adolescent and youths. I have excellent skills in community engagement, leadership, user experience and service design with a focus on global health.

Was born and raised in the informal settlements of Kisumu Nyalenda and a proud member of SMART LADIES YOUTH INITIATIVE. I mobilize girls and young women aged 10-35 to participate in Health talk sessions and football training in this Web. I welcome every girl or young woman to be part of this great initiative.
